I've been working on this the whole morning, trying to go back to earlier versions and trying to fix the problem. It keeps coming back again and again and I don't know why. I've looked at the UV map, at the normals, at the history. I've tried duplicated it and transfering different attributes, and the problem keeps coming back. At the moment technical help is unavailable so trying to see what else I can do. Google searches have proven fruitless, and none of my fellow students seem to know what to do.
